its a side-flip going forward.
First we crawl,
Once we can crawl, We Walk.
Once we can walk, We Run.
Once we Run, We Flow.

that was a great video I have to say it actually inspired me! now that is the type of presentation people should be looking to put in their videos! alot of youtube traceur's (myself included) could learn from these guys.
as for the flip brotha4 and mmuir are right it's just a sideflip with forward momentum.

FLAT SPIN is the name of the trick, one of our guys on the VT Crew got it in the gym pretty well. You do the same motion as for a side flip, but you launch facing the direction you are going, and lean back a little to keep the rotation in one plane. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks "sorta" easy on the trampoline, assuming you can side flip with no problems.

Although I've never heard that term, "tunnel flip" would make sense. But what the hell is a "cheat" sideflip? what's cheated about it?

remember...cheat gainers don't exist.

There's no point in critisizing.  People are just trying to figure it out.

On skiis this move is called a "Linkin Loop." Very fun to throw in the B.C., I just call it a "Linkin Loop" on feet too. I've been working on them for a little bit now.
That's mah name!
