Tricking (new aches)
« on: August 22, 2007, 08:15:42 AM »
I have been doing parkour for about 6 months and i recently decided to try tricking too. I thought my body was conditioned from running and weight training but as it turns out only certain parts of me are conditioned so after a day of practising double legs and butterfly twists (probably 4 hours practising). The next day i wake up and i get out of bed and fall on my face because my muscles gave way. So here is my question how should i condition my body for tricking and when should i start training again and also one more question? I try and do a double leg but when i get to the actual move and i jump i just do a weird 360 in the air instead of a double leg so what can i do to help myself (i learned from tricks tutorials, tutorials)?
