First, search through the movement forums to see if your problem has been covered.  Try out some of the suggestions already there.  If nothing works, then post a topic — in that forum, not this one — detailing exactly how you're having trouble with the movement.  Why do you feel it's imperfect?  What problems are you experiencing?  Where does it hurt?  What have you tried?  What other techniques have you considered?

Vague topics like this are very difficult to answer because it gives us nothing to work with.  It makes people want to ignore it instead of helping.  Show that you've put in your effort, and people will want to help you.

Hey Joey!

Easy, Patrick. He didn't waste your time, you did. You were not required to respond to this topic. If you feel like its a topic not worth your time, don't respond. Not everybody who joins a forum is aware of forum protocol.

If smoothness is your problem, Joey, not pain, then that's a simple fix. Think of it like this. If you roll a marble on the ground, it rolls pretty smooth. But if you pick up a pebble, it doesn't roll quite as smoothly. The reason is, the circular structure is interrupted on the pebble, which means it doesn't transfer the momentum as well, and so you have little bumps as it rolls on the ground. A parkour that has bumps has the same problem. Its not  smooth, it doesn't transfer momentum effectively, and those bumps are usually areas of pain, commonly the hip, spine, shoulder, even elbow or knee. What you need to do is find those bumps, feel where impact is happening on your body, and try to adjust it. This video will help you do that.

Hope it helps!
