I am curious to know other traceur's capabilities in some of the most relevant fitness exercises to parkour. So if you want to know how you stack up to others, post up your info. I hope everyone who uses this will post honest and accurate info. Otherwise, you aren't helping anyone else and you definately aren't helping yourself! I hope this will become a good archive of people's abilities, progression, and also a good tool to assess your weaknesses and motivate you to improve.
Age - 18
Height - 5 ft. 9 in.
Weight - 145 lbs.
Max Pull Up reps (lowering down to straight arms, pull up to chin over bar, including kipping) - 27
Max Handstand Push up reps (against wall, full extension, touch forehead to ground) - 15
Broad Jump (measure from tip of toes at starting to the farthest back point of contact upon landing) - 8 ft. 8 in.
