It works for me!!!! I tried a kong and dash after many shameful failures (on a couch armrest, but it is like like a real obstacle because the frame makes it hard) and I yelled "400 confidence! ok so make sure I tuck tight and keep my toes as close to my knees as possible." p.s. 2" clearance on my 1st kong dash felt ok p.p.s. try verbaly correcting your mistakes, cause it worked.
