I'd recommend meeting up somewhere, and then (coming out of the station) head left down the street until you see.. Skyway? Gateway? Park. Play there for a bit, then go across the bridge to georgetown. After you get off the bridge, head left until you see a giant rock wall and a gas station on your right. Either climb up the rock wall, or the stairs next to it, and head left and you're at the georgetown campus. Go wild!
