Topic: Heading down to CU (Fridays)

Hey guys...last minute post here...I am going to head down to CU at 4:30 today...with the intention of exploring and trying out a continuous run (instead of staying in one spot to try stuff). If anyone is interested in joining in on the fun, I'll be at the engineering center at 4:30.

Probably warm up there for @ 10-15 mins and then head off.

That was tons of fun! Managed to get a good run/walk in between the rainstorms.

I only ran for the first ten minutes or so..
Guess I need to add cardio endurance to my list of fitness goals...
