Hey, so I've been doing parkour for a little while, but I could definitely use some extra help.  Are these classes something I could just start coming to, or do I need to have started at the beginning?

the fundamentals class is for beginners, no experience needed. it is a 10 week program designed to cover all the basics. however, if you miss a class, you will still learn a lot no matter when you start.

I won't be there this week. I'm going to a big paintball scenario in Pueblo. Unless it snows, in which case I will be there. But its not supposed to.

ughh I wanted to come this week, but I messed my toe up playing basketball.  I'll try to make it on the 9th, and I should be a regular for the next 10-week course.

Today was humbling...made me really look at myself and realise that I have been slacking the past few months.

I used to think fitness tests were just something to get through to get to the rest of the class...but today showed me my weaknesses in a big way.

Looking forward to putting in the work and kicking butt next time!!

Hey Jim, I know how you feel. I've definitely felt very off and very out of shape lately and last night decided it was time to do something about it and structure the week by workouts. Tonight was the first of many painful yet important nights.

The latest cycle of classes is now over. Restarting on Feb. 23, we will be offering fundamentals and intermediate classes in Boulder on Saturdays and Denver on Sundays. Full info will be posted on COPK by tomorrow night.
