Nates training
« on: July 19, 2007, 06:46:19 PM »
Hey everyone, I recently just started parkour...well sort of, when I was little I used to run and jump over things and through things, I guess that counts  ;) but anyways, this is basicly what ive been doing...

been going the basic Apk warm up, one day ill do maybe the max, and the next the min. then i usually read a few guides on certain things like wall runs, the tic-tac, and a few vaults. Run for a bit, then hit the back yard for a few practice rolls. I was even lucky enough to find a stump to practice jumping over and rolling. not alot of people in my area who do parkour or free run, but me and my friend usually just run through the woods going over whatevers in the way, doing a few "homemade" tricks and stuff nothing fancy. going to go to the park to do some muscle ups and maybe some other things.

Any tips would be great, also advice for a beginner! thanks ;D
