A centralized PK organization
« on: July 16, 2007, 02:32:46 PM »
Hey, I was wondering if there are any "official" parkour groups in Oklahoma or if it's just kind of whoever/wherever, like friends just out doing parkour on their own....

well the urban cat and i are deffinatly "official", we hold weekend jams and training sessions, as well as some weekly ones, but it seems that we are the only "official" ones in the group because no one else is dedicated to shoing up and actually holding a training schedule or even a jam once a week. :'(

no offence guys ;D

Haha, I got the point  :D .

Well, now that I know there are other traceurs in OKC area, I am definitely committed to showing up.  Especially since I work downtown every Saturday anyway, so I can just show up a little early, jam for a while, and then go to work (at the OKC Nat'l Memorial if anyone ever wants to come visit! ).

You can bet I'll be there....

I'll be starting college at OSU this fall, so once that starts I may not be able to every Saturday, but all that I can I will continue to do so.

I found some people on facebook interested in parkour at OSU, but they do not have any experience.  Maybe by the time I go up there I will have a little bit, enough to show them some of the basics and maybe even start a Parkour club...

If we do start a parkour group in Stillwater, it's only about an hour drive from OKC or Tulsa...a perfect central spot for the two biggest cities....everyone would be welcome to come jam.

If we get it organized, I'll definitely post info here so you all can come there too!
