Hey anybody in the NLR/Sherwood Area. I'm looking for people to jam with....no fun freerunning by myself. Anyway...for those of you who know the Lakewood Pavillion over in the Lakewood Village shopping area it is a great place to practice and such. Hit me up if you wanna meet up.
Walking and jumping where others dont since 1996.

Hi my name if Forest and I run a site called PKLR.ORG witch is no use right now because I don't send out the newsletter when I'm not in the country.(I am curantly in Toronto ON(Doing PK))

But what you can do is contact me via FaceBook and I can have you add my friend Ira whom leads a Parkour meet at the river market in down town ever Saturday(I would just tell you to add him on face book but he frequently changes his name) My face book name is Kage Nin Bu

The meets are not very advanced when I'm not in town but its still good to be active:)

Hope to see you their this summer

HAPPY JUMPING
Forest

anybody in NLR? hit me up at nje09@hotmail.com and we should jam some time. I know some pretty good runs by the capital and such that would be awesome. Not really an advanced traceur but I have a long running history.
Anyways message me and we'll jam some time.
