Trouble with Climb-ups
« on: July 08, 2007, 08:20:07 AM »
Ok, well recently me and my friends having been trying to get over these wallas at a local train station. The wall is about 10 or 10.5 ft., so kicking off and grabbing the top is no problem. But once it get my hands up I'm not exactly sure what to do. I can get my hands down, as if I had done a muscle up, but what else do I have to do?????

Remember to train lots of chins/pullups/negatives as those help a lot aswell. Good luck and safe training.

*one more thing* Keep your core tight when performing these, Dig those toes into the wall also!
