Me and Aaron are in for sure.  Hopefully our other member can come.  We are going to get a hotel.  Where should we get a hotel at?

depends on if you want to stay in chicago or in the north suburbs where most of us are staying, it would prolly be cheaper in the suburbs

Still working out the details; I will be there for sure, late on Saturday (afternoonish). However there may be 2-3 more Madison folks coming with me (or maybe driving down earlier). Still in the works. I'll keep you posted.

if its only 3 or 4 hours away why cant you come here?  I dont think I could host a jam if I dont live in des moines, usually people who live in the area plan and host the jam.  If you're having a large jam you want to have it in an area where most people can get to without having to drive too far.

About how many people will be there? I'm thinking of making my Moroccan Chicken Tagine to bring to the BBQ and am wondering how much to make.

I'm in, plus one spectator.  We have a place to stay in Arlington Heights for the night though.

Well i have some extra people coming this year, last year it was just me. So far if they dont fall through it will be me and 2 people from the fondy crew. Im thinking of making my buffalo wings for the BBQ but not sure if ill have the time the night before. I know it isnt a "healthy" food but hey, its a bbq.

Sure thing, Ando! Happy to cook. :) I love feeding people.

I will likely have to make it the night before, so it won't be at it's best. Will there be an oven where I can reheat it, and/or an outlet to plug in a crock-pot?

I may bring something else instead. Have to see what kind of time I have and how well things will transport.

Soooo excited! Not sure if aggreenvln will be coming along or not. Might just be me coming from MadPK. Still trying to work that out.
