during the fall i sell grapes at a farmers market, not those crappy pathmark grapes, these are fresh, and picked ripe off the vine and driven down that day. I eat SOO MANY of them and i was just wondering if anyone (it will probally be gear, he either knows everything or is the mot convincing liar EVER) knows the benefits of eating grapes. Do they have anything to do with the Mediterranean diet, or is that olives?
