BUTT BOUNCE OFF THE SIDEWALK OWW!

lol okay, so I was drilling cat to cats getting ready for the jam in colorado and I (stupidly) got complacent around the 41st one lol, and I went around (spinning to the left) my feet connected with the ledge but me hands missed the rail completely, so (naturally) I fell and landed all on my left cheek, it hurts really bad, so, should I take off training untill it heals up? or should I just push through it?

In pretty much any injury the first thing you should do is:

1. ICE right away
2. Assess whether it's serious enough to go to a hospital
3. Avoid use of the injury
4. See a doctor if the pain hasn't subsided its intensity after a day if not #2
5. Ice anytime after you have to use the part that's injured especially with leg injuries that you have to use to walk on. Always.
6. Do the appropriate rehab

If the bone(s) are hurting you should probably see a doctor because it might be a broken bone. Deep muscle bruises and such usually don't require anything but rest though. Bad sprains should usually be seen by a doctor.
