365 Days of Parkour Challenge!

The APK 365 Days of PK is pretty self explanatory! It is a challenge created by Jimmy Davidson of American Parkour and The Tribe. It entails doing parkour everyday for 365 days (or 1 year :P). It doesn't require anything special to participate as long as you are willing to commit!

While you can make it to be what you want, adjust the rules to meet your needs and goals.
Standard Rules: Do some form of parkour training for a minimum of 5 minutes a day. To most that means do some form of training that is specifically targeted toward improving your skills in parkour. It could be working on flow, jumps, vaults, flips, balance, conditioning, climbing, or anything that you feel is pertinent to your parkour training.
Bonus challenges/ideas:
+increase the minimum amount of time
+require yourself to film your training
+require a specific number of a specific skill each day

It might also be a good idea to start up a personal training journal to record your journey, even if you only update it once a month at the end of the year it will be worth it to see how much you have progressed.
