Oh yeah I wanted to let anyone know that if they are ever in salinas a good spot to mess around at is hartnell college. i went there with my friend and he never did any free runing and he had a lot of fun. I think that beginners to experts of free running would have fun there. I was planing on goin back but i tore off my toe nail while skimboarding and have to wait it out a little while now. So i hope to see some people trying out the college.

I'm in Monterey for the next year and a half, and I'm a beginner without any real idea of where TO begin. Any training help, ideas on WHERE to train, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
Oh, and I can really only do it in the evenings and on the weekends.

Yeah, PKcali is for California Parkour but most of the people are in Southern California. SFparkour is better for finding traceurs in Northern California.

thread seems dead but i  figured i might as well make myself known, i'm in the Santa Cruz area. i'm just coming off a serious back injury that put me out for a couple months and i want to get back out there. So anyone in the San Jose Santa Cruz areas please hit me up.
