Joseph's 365 training log for parkour
« on: January 01, 2015, 07:58:29 PM »
I have started a 365 for parkour, and will be posting my year through here. Any advice would be loved and appreciated.

Hey, good luck. For advice, I'd say start with what you can do, have fun with it, and you'll naturally learn as you watch become aware of your body and what it can do (and after watching some tutorials, of course ;)).
Strength training isn't absolutely necessary, but it is 100% worth it. You'll find yourself able to do bigger jumps, land from a lot higher with less problems, and all around feel better. You'll get power, and, most importantly, confidence.
