I will be hosting a jam session. So dust off your shoes and put on your wristbands! This jam is going to be mainly for the beginners that want to learn. Advanced traceurs are welcomed also to help teach. We will be focusing on stretching, breathing, landing, rolling, percision jumps and basic valts. I will be supplying bottled water and first aid kit for safety. Any questions feel free to give me a call day or night.

Where: 44th Street and Division right next to Hippity Hops Magic And Gifts
When: May 26th Saturday at 11Amish

that sounds great. I'm like 4 months into hapkido and so the rolling and falls i know its just getting some ppl together to do it. sounds great ill try to make it. might be a little late though.

i feel bad.

i would join you guys, but i'm constantly moving. right now i'm in kalamazoo. i'll be in grand rapids in september when i go back to school though. i'd be up for jams then for sure. but right now i don't have a car, so i can't travel.

Ya, Unfortunatly due to the lack of forum raiders and responses. I only have one, maybe two people comming. So, umm... ya. Please PLEASE, encourage your friends and fellow traceurs to check the forums so we can actually have a great jam.

GREAT JAM GUYS! (and girls) ^_^

5 People total came to the jam. We worked on a lot of stuff. We helped each other expand our vision and work on our flow. I appreciate all that came.

Douglas and I will soon be posting a link here to show some of the stuff we worked on. Hopefully within the next week we will put up some pictures and maybe a video link.

Keep checking back here on the forums for another jam opportunity.
