Taking flips from trampoline to ground
« on: October 30, 2014, 02:28:22 PM »
I can do the basic flips (front side and back) from a standing position on my trampoline, I want to know which one would be easiest to try on the ground. Thanks

It depends on what is scarier for you.

Side flip would be the least scary but backflip would be the coolest

I'm still learning flips, but I'm starting on grass. I have few tries with the different kinds of flips. Back and side on grass and front with a mat. I think that the easiest one is side and that's why I decided to start with it. Go out with a spotter and decide for yourself.
