cellphone brief:
awesome jam last weekend at a state park. peeps from KC and springfield made it. it rocked (pun!). also did short video of how i train around the house. incomplete and not showy. just wanted to be real and document progress. biggest progression: i'm more comfortable with movement in general.
otherwise, in the crapper lately. horrid diet, zero conditioning, packed schedule, depression and anxiety. lame.
began training turn around today. detox in diet is gonna be hell, but worth it. tonight restarted training, too. warm ups, precision drills between stairs and my pull up bar on the floor. praying monkeys, planks, pistols, squats, stretches.
felt nauseated. seriously out of shape. i lose conditioning so fast, thanks to my many health issues. thankfully, it comes back relatively quick. i give myself an A for pushing through depression and discouragement and finally begining... again.
