Dinner: None. They were serving hotdogs and I don't eat hotdogs (I'm Jewish)

Ack! Another day of failure. I was just too busy and running around too much without a water bottle...

EXERCISE:
2 hours of Nature Parkour! (The campers had obstacle course stuff in the dunes and I had to get to all the different stations to get pictures)
Through the trees and up and down all those dune hills! I'm proud to say that I've mastered running downhill in sand with control and balance. Good uphill QMs, too, though very brief (I don't have the upper body endurance yet).
My legs got really scratched up by thorns and underbrush. It's not a satisfying run in the woods unless you come back with a little blood on your legs and hands (personal opinion).
Also did some vine/rope swinging (from a vine to a rope), some rope climbing, and some crawling/balancing over ropes (it was supposed to simulate "Spiderman's web").

GOALS:
-5 pull-ups in a row (all that rope climbing is helping me get there!)
-bench press 110 lbs (that is, my bodyweight; currently at 70 max)
-practice the kong vault (did only once or twice today...)
-practice rolling at least a little bit every day (I did one roll today! Better than nothing...)
-8 glasses of water a day (...

-no processed sugar (not only the cake, but I forgot to mention the donut...

)
