Probably wondering why I haven't been posting anything, and so have I XP I kind of have shin splints again and haven't been doing much training. Mostly abs workouts and upperbody stuffs. Anyways!

Derped around at the park today.
~20 climb ups (no momentum from wallrun)
10 pistol squats (per leg)
A bunch of crunches and crunchy frogs.
Learned how to do that rail trick that's like a double lazy vault. Jesse La Flair calls it the Italian Job, I guess xD
Worked on my b-twists and b-kicks a little bit.
Shin exercises.
Also did some handstand training. I'm getting my times up

Went from about 2 seconds a few weeks ago and can now hold my balance for ~7 seconds or more.
