i'll be in port allen this july and in august im moving down to port allen...which is west batton rouge, so when im there we maybe can train..

I have a cousin in the Baton Rouge area.  This would give me even more of an excuse to go see him, though primarily I reside in the New Orleans/Algiers area...

I've been rock climbing at the LSU REC for awhile but I'm working on getting into the parkour pretty soon, also know a couple other guys that are interested as well.

also met a guy that said something about parkour at the REC when I was working orientation.  was that one of you guys?

Consider this an invitation,  Our very first meet will be at Zephr Field N.O Fifteen mins from downtown, they have a foam floor playground running trail.  Also I may be able to bring my 10x10 gym mat.  Seeing how I dont know most of the people comming I am planning on working on fundamentals and conditioning. After that though I am planning on having a meet every week or even twice a week at differents places around the city.
