Found on page 5:

Pakour is not meant to show off or look cool or anything. Pakour is a way of life. Parkour is used in life and death situations unlike Freerunning. Parkour is about improving mental and physical strength and making you become fearless.

Yea too bad I wasnt bashing you comment but the comment of the persons that you posted. I dont think anybody on these boards is that stupid. Maybe what I posted was confusing but you could have just asked me to clarify.
