This guy wrote me this email.  I cut some stuff out but you get the idea.  He is looking for people in his area.

Hi , my name is Chano Martinez and I live in Council Bluffs , Iowa?  I have been into parkour for about two years now , and just now started  to train on my own because I cant seem to find any people in council Bluffs , Iowa to train with . I got the basic movements off of the urban free flow  website and started doing it on my own . I 've tried going on to the net but all of the forums I go to wont let me sign up  so I can talk to people to see if any one is in my area, anyway you are my last hope to find  anyone in my area .  If you know anyone in my area  or have a list of people in Iowa that I can talk to or meet up with that would be great , if not  I guess  I'll have to do it on my own.
