Ok so maybe the title is a little dramatic.
... But you're here  ;)

Recently I've gotten back into parkour and freerunning. I've been out for a while, but I'm not going to let that happen again. I've just been training basic parkour and trying some tricks, even tried to start tricking but it really isn't my niche. I've also got in touch with a few people into parkour like me.

This time around I'm setting periodic goals... and I intend to reach them. The two things I'm working on now are monkey vaults, monkey precisions, and my webster flip, which I finally got yesterday. I'll try to make a little video to document my level as of now, hopefully this weekend.

Parkour goals:

Regular frontflip
Good handstand
Kong
Better monkey precisions
Roundoff-backflip
Standing backflip
Wall-flip
Aerial
Better wallrun
Climb-ups

Fitness goals:
Muscle-up
20 consecutive pull-ups
50 consecutive push-ups

I'll do my best to log every training session/work out.
Hope you guys can give me some feedback also.

Thanks a lot Jay!

I'm uploading my video showing my skill level as of now. Most of the footage is from today. I didn't bother making a cool edit because this is just showing what I can do and how I train. As soon as it's done uploading I'll post it.

Today I went out to a few new spots and did some vaults and wallrun training. Brought my camera and got some new footage, so I'll probably make a video next weekend incorperating this footage with some new stuff from next week. Don't know if I'll get much pk training in during the week but we'll see. I also did some bench press and shoulders earlier. Yay :P

Yesterday I got some biceps in, wasn't in the mood for much else. Day before that I had a headache, so no training then. Today I'm gonna go out and do some PK training wherever I can find a spot. Hopefully I can get some more footage for my new video.

Haven't been out the last couple days, my legs are really sore from the front flips. Gotta take it easy on those from now on I guess.  :P

I did edit a new video though, I'll upload it soon.

I'm finally over that soreness, I must've pulled a muscle.

Today I ran a couple miles, did some core conditioning (one of the WODs), and did some QM. I was hoping to get outside and train but its raining, so that'll have to wait! I'm hopefully getting with a PK group Saturday. Should be sweet :)

Past few days have been composed of bike rides, running, workouts, and frontflip training. I haven't been on the computer to log the stuff, but I'm doing it! Getting better at my frontflips, just gotta keep nailing the training. My calves are pretty sore from running today so I probably won't get to any training for a couple of days to let the soreness go down. After that I should get some new footage and compile all my new stuff into a new video. Feels good to be back in the game.

Yesterday I went out and got some good precision jump training, along with some money, monkey precision, and flow training too!  8) Concluded with some frontflips off a little step up on a playground, landing in mulch. Stuck 3 in a row pretty good, felt awesome  ;D Nothing today, it rained so its all wet so I'm just resting the legs.

Too long away, I know, but I've been very active! Not so much with parkour, but a lot of biking and running and such things. I've been polishing my front flip a bit here and there, but thats pretty much it with PK. Mostly I've been cycling, I try to do a 10-12 mile route as many days out of the week as I can. It's really fun! I'll try to check back in real soon here.
