training with injured ankle

Hi all! I have a quick question, I sprained the outer part of my left ankle yesterday doing wall runs and I wanted to know how I could continue training while i wait for my ankle to heal? I've seen guys in like jam videos and stuff when arm cast still training so i figured there could be something i could still do to continue my training as well. Any and all help is appreciated! Thx in advanced! :D

You can do upper body conditioning still. I personally would stick with that, untill it is healed.

So what sort of things would you recommend, because my upper conditioning consist of push ups an QMs?
