fastest was 5:57. 
fastest 5k: 20:01...i'm planning on hitting 17 this xc season, though.  my team is going to be building up to 90 mile weeks this summer...supa-stoked.

When I was young and ran all the time I was under 7 mins, but now that i'm older, lazy and sit behind a desk all day i'm up above 9.  Really gotta work on that one this summer.  Especially since we are built to run distance according to this cool discover magazine article(http://discovermagazine.com/2006/may/tramps-like-us/)

On flat surface, in a cold weather and without any injuries my best was 7:31.
