Buy an ipod dock to go with your ipod, then train whilst listening to music :) Thats what I do when I practice balancing and presicions.

Ipod. I personally like listening to music while training, but hardly ever do.

IMHO, music is what keeps me going forever in Parkour and free running. I can do it forever with the right music pumping through my ears. Additionally, I always seem to perform my best when the bass drops. :)

I'm all for the nano if your into that. Don't spend money on expensive parkour shoes. Buy feyuies or KO's or something cheap. That being said I feel that listening to music while training takes away a sense and is very hard for me to do. Therefore I never listen to music while training.
