i'm relatively new to parkour but i figure posting my workout on this will help me keep track of alot. as well as get random people's feedback on stuff i need to, or can do better. have to back date it to my last workout so i have stuff to post. DD at a bar. was to busy to workout for a couple days.
7/31/2012
1. squats x 20 2 sets
2. jump squats x 15 1 set
3. 40 push-ups. 1 set
4. 10-15 push-ups. 2-3 set's don't quite remember.
5.100m dash. x2 sprinting/running. and a personal question. is 100m in 11.30 seconds any good? I've never played any sport's that would dictate that. give or take .20 seconds. "i'm bad at recording things" if anyone could give me an idea of where i stand on that it would be great. b/c then i could focus more on stuff other than speed. which has unfortunately been my primary goal. which wasn't such a great idea.
short term goals:
1:run 1 mile non stop.
2:reach and maintain 15% body fat.
3: jump 8-8.5 feet broad jump
as i'm new to parkour most of my exercises now will be primarily conditioning, progressive, and cardio.
so next time i workout on 8/4/2012
mainly securing stability on the speed vault, and turn vault. progressive exercises for the dash vault. being able to do a Kong vault. stopping trying to do parkour in military boot's and ordering a pair of feiyue's on 8/2/2012. or today. from the american parkour website. "yays!" working on tic tac to cat leap. muscle up's "which for some reason i can't seem to accomplish"

makes me kinda sad..... i can do up to 50 push-up's but i can't do more than ONE muscle up. if that. maybe i just need to do pull up's more often.
anyway's i realize i rant alot when i type. i recently moved away from the boonies a little bit. "a little little bit" but i get internet on the 7th of august i hope. so probably more posts then =P anyways if anyone has any suggestions for goals. way's to achieve goals or anything like that. feel free to post. i'm hoping to post back soon. and if this violate's any rules on the forum. i'm not being a meanie "not sure if i can curse" sorry i'm just new and don't know much about the rules.
