Gene:
3x10 push-ups
3x10 squats
1 minute each of 11 different core exercises

My shoulders and quads were still sore today, so I decided to just give them a light work out and focus on my core instead. Admittedly, my core isn't something I think about regularly, so I figure a day dedicated to it would be good for me. Interestingly enough, I seem to be better at side planks than I used to be.

Gene:
~2 hours of parkour training on the 4th

Extremely tired from it. Got back to the States today and a combination of the parkour and jetlag has me wiped out.

Gene:
10 minute run today

Gene:
Same day: 1.5 hours of parkour with a friend. I learned that my foot placement when doing a wall-up was way low, so now I can get much higher than I thought I could. Good day today... good to really be moving again. Once again, looking forward to getting in shape.

Gene:
Another 10 minute run. Gonna keep this up for the week, and then move on to 15 minute runs. The goal for now is to be able to run for half an hour relatively easily. Then to find a way to gauge distance and start running for time. I have yet to figure out a way to get access to a swimming pool without paying a fee.
