Benefits of a trampoline?

Ok, so here's my situation.
In a couple of days I'll be moving to a new house with more of a yard. Because of that I can finally fit a good trampoline in my yard and I'm looking forward to it a lot. Throughout my history with flipping/acro/tricking I've struggled a lot with understanding front and back twisting and also twisting for things like cart fulls and corks. Also I've struggled a lot with learning and becoming comfortable with a back tuck. I've done thousands of back tucks in gyms and grass but it just doesn't seem to stick with me well and I've kind of just let it slide.
So basically my question is how beneficial has having a trampoline to work twisting/flipping and all of that been for you? And how beneficial do you think it'll be for me with understanding off and on axis twisting and becoming more comfortable with backwards flipping?

A trampoline gives you so much height you can have pretty crappy technique on just about anything. Might help with doing standing flips though.
Alec Furtado:
I hear they are the best for working on incorporating twists into your standard flips.
Normal flips alone, however, I'd kinda recommend flat ground stuff first. The technique is super important, as Sam said.

Yeah it should really help with twisting stuff, much easier than trying to learn straight from ground.
Will:
Trampolines help so much. Just find ways to make it as hard as doing it on flat ground. For example what I did to learn the back tuck is without any jump on the trampoline i do a back tuck but then i keep going and land on my back. Since it requires more speed on your flip, its just like flat ground. Thats why when I went to flat ground I was able to land it in 4 tries. Its just muscle memory. And trampolines help you get the feel for things, like twists. Obviously you have to put more effort on flat ground though but trust me they help a ton, at least for me.
