How are you supposed to get around them and onto a roof?

No reason to be on a roof with a gutter I guess... They are too easy to damage and we don't want to damage property

Wall run higher/find an alt route. Pk is about getting over obstacles, find a way!
But really you shouldn't be on roofs that much anyays.

Obstacles like this I feel you should figure out on your own. But don't go on other peoples roofs, only your own or those you have permission to go on.

Ok, I just... I dunno. I thought there might be a specific way to get over them without damaging them. I'll just run around houses then.

I'm not trying to discourage you from trying to get over the gutters. I do indeed have a way to get over them, but I believe things like that should be learned through trial and error. Just don't try it on other houses, only your own.

That's what I'm wondering. Do you interact with the gutter itself, or do you find another way up, i.e wallrun?

How would you go about getting on a roof with an overhang?

get your hands on the overhang and do one powerful muscle up... at least get the majority of your chest on the roof and go for a kip-up

Doesn't help since I can't do a muscle up

yeah the muscle-up us tough.... just find a pull up bar and practice. what i did to learn was every time i trained i would do 15 pull ups and 15 dips back to back. once you complete this with out a whole of struggle you should get the muscle-up. once you have it drill it as many times as you can without stopping every time you train... Good luck!

Keep training your muscle up. I myself still need to get it with no overhang.

No overhang is more difficult? I would think just grab the edge cat and push up with your feet?

I meant no overgrip. With an overhang. I can do it, but it needs to be faster.
