I need to know how to create a training course at home.

im going to practice my wall jumps and wall runs today my goal is o make a perfect wall run and wall jump befor 8:30P.M. Eastern Standered Time.

i am 6'0 and weigh 179 pounds 1.7% BF i am going to do 150 pushups and 175 situps its normal for me.

I have been makeing my stamina increase i have been working n it all day i can go a little further than usually.

I am going to work on my vaults im going to try to make a complete kong vault and speed vaults.

Bro the height and weight is understandable but 1.7% total BF is complete bull at 179 pounds 17% maybe but good lord it's impossible man and I'm pretty sure others agree

I dont know how much BF i just said something for it i think it might be 20% i dont really know and is there a weight limit or something.

Yea that BF is almost legitimately impossible. You have more fat between your muscles for cushion than that.

Likewise, lose the situps. Work on isometrics, such as L-sits, Leg raises/holds, Planks, etc.

High reps of things won't really help you get stronger. Try doing pushups with your feet elevated. You should also have a pulling exercise and a lower body exercise. Or multiple of each.

Did a few rolls with my friend we hurt ourselfves doing them but we are okay we need to buy some matts not on the ground in the grass it hurts on rocks.

I hit a few rocks not alot it was mostley on dirt though a few rocks hit us.
