Hey there i am just looking for anyone else that does parkour/freerunning in or around Binghamton ny area that would like to get together and train. I have not found all that many people that even know what it is so far. Hit me up if you in the area.

Hey dude,

I'm no expert, and tonight is my first time looking into parkour at all... That said, just thought I'd mention that I've seen people running around downtown by the Lost Dog Cafe on Water St. Particularly in the Boscov's parking lot. Might be worth it to check that area out some time and see if they're around.

Ready for the one of the most interesting Parkour event/jams you've ever experienced?! The location at the bottom of this page will give you directions to the start of this event. Once there I will be giving a brief overview of what we're going to be doing but just in case you want to know beforehand this is the introduction.
If you've ever seen the movie Free-runner than you would understand the concept of capture the flags. There are 3 flags located in 3 different locations. Your goal is to capture all 3 in a team or as free for all in a limited amount of time.
Rules are pretty simple: No violence.
I would suggest bringing a watch if you'd like to keep track of the limited time, For your own convenience. But for the most part that's really all. Be dressed comfortably !
