Hurt back last night, any advice?

It was the lamest thing, I wasn't even training when this happened, I was at home around 10 p.m. or so and I was watching Netflix but I was leaning back then felt a pain in my back, so I tried walking it off which didn't do anything.
Now it's better this morning but it's still stiff and sore when I turn left or right, I can bend forward without anything though. Anyone else have this?

Pulled muscle happend to me before (Rest and Ice recommended)

Yep, I have pulled a muscle in my back simply turning the wrong way. like daniel said, rest and ice. should take a day or so to get better

It's feeling much better than this morning. still sore though.

It's unlikely to be a strain based on mechanism of action.
