Back on the site posting, its been a while but I have in fact been training this whole time

Thanks for the post of encouragement there MoMo!
Over the last couple weeks, I've been hitting the weights hard and doing alot of natural movement, so it was pretty badass to come back to the main page and see an article on MovNat

My inspiration for starting the natural movement happened a couple weeks ago when my son and I sat down and watched Tarzan. He had never seen it, and I still think its one of the better disney movies lol. Watching Tarzan move around i.e swim, climb, jump, balance, defend..all the essentials associated with Natural Movement completely set a fire to me and I wanted to start training completely different!
It's been a lot of fun so far, and I look forward to getting more in tune with my natural side.
Right now I've maintained around 192lbs which means I'm pretty much losing the fat. I don't care about being HUGE, so dropping weight is expected... I figured after all was said and done, I would be a solid 185, maybe 190. I have gained major strength my 1st month back to weight lifting, so everything is going great at the moment!
