And by train, they dont mean "go out and bust your balls every single day so your body never heals". take training lightly, work on the small things, And puzzle it all together in the end.

Its a pretty good challenge - theres so much training that needs to be done. Unfortunately I've had a light shoulder sprain So a lot of my training is on hold until it heals. Fortunately I can still run. Theres always something you can do, I've been practicing balancing much more recently. I'd also like to learn a wall run, as that was on my " moves to learn" list!
Exactly! Always something you can do. The way I see it is as long as your doing something to benefit your movement then its training worth doing! Even if you spend a week working on plyos or strides and balance.
When I had a Hernia I worked out my Ankles, Wrists and Grip. When I sprained my Ankle I worked on Pull ups, Swinging and core. There is always something you can do.
