I've been having this issue for probably a few years now and I wonder if disproportionate conditioning may have to do with it. My abs seem to rarely take any stress, and my shoulders tend to be the most strained body part when exercising (whether it be L-sits, planche progressions, hanging leg raises, etc.) I was also wondering about my shoulder, because when I do upper body exercises, from my shoulders to my lats tend to be the only parts that seem to get strained. I wouldn't consider my issue severe in any sense, but it bugs me because my shoulders tend to fatigue faster than anything else. Any advice?

If you can't feel it  in your abs obviously your body isn't tight in that area like it should, as for the shoulders ask somebody else but on the abs you have my opinion

I don't have a camera to use except a webcam on a computer that isn't mine, so here are some examples of stuff I trained a while ago, etc. Hopefully this will be enough of an example to help out...

Post vids of what you want critiqued. I'm not gonna try to pick and choose what I think you want me to look at because it probably won't be what you want me to look at.

Current videos are better than past videos, especially if your technique and body composition have improved.

I have pretty much the same composition because I took a break and I was a bit lazy around that time anyway. I'd say just look at the planche progressions, roof gap and that shoulder stretch for right now...

If that doesn't help, I'll borrow a camera from someone.

I don't see any planche progressions in the planche vid?

Shoulder dislocates were fine.. seems a bit limited though can improve.

Roof gap I didn't watch as that has nothing to do with body part being disproportioned... heck, none of these vids have anything to do with that...

I'd need to see some straight sets of exercise technique and I guess a self-posture photos

I think I found the issue, poor posture as you have mentioned to me before Steven.

I thought I had my posture fixed, but I looked at it from the side and my head leans forward way too much, so it would make sense why this would cause shoulder soreness real easily (especially along the back). I'll look for exercises to fix my posture.
