Side fulls
Brett Robert:
Anyone know of a tutorial or have any good tips on side fulls? Just curious.
I could throw a video up, but I don't think I'm even at that point yet. I started throwing 'em in the pit and they're both difficult and super damn fun. People were telling me I need to kick out harder, but no one at my gym has landed them. Once I start getting 'em better I'll progress 'em the usual ways: pit, mat in pit, matpile in pit, tumble track, mat on floor, etc.

Like cart fulls? Because I think a side full would just be an a-twist, so I'm confused :P.
Just in case you're talking about a cart full, here's a good tutorial:

And more detail on getting power out of cartwheels:

I know that in the cart full tutorial he said that he never practiced cart fronts/arabians, but one of the problems that some people have when doing them is that they don't invert enough and end up doing something more like a b-twist. So the way to do that is to go back to cartwheel front/arabians so that you get the feeling of stalling and inverting before you twist.
If you're not talking about cartwheel fulls, well...I'm embarassed :-[
