Any criticisms on my parkour video?

My QM on the stairs, I have been told, isn't that great.  Please only constructive criticism.  Thanks ^_^

As far as I'm aware, the correct technique for just a basic QM is opposite hand to opposite foot. When you were balancing on the rail, you did that, stairs, not so much.

When you were QM rail balancing, you put your hands and feet extremely close together. Not that I'm saying it's a bad thing, but when I do that, it feels really uncomfortable to me.
To you, it may not so much, but try lengthening the distance between the two and see if it feels more comfortable.

Other than that, looks pretty good ;D

Thanks, I'll make sure to try that!  I'm not as comfortable as I'd like to be with rail QM right now, so that's probably why my technique is a little cramped :P

careful on those high drops. stick with the QM's and monkey walks, the more your practice the better you will get. I find that it helps while doing QM, move the opposite hand of your leg. so you don't want to move your left hand forward at the same time you move your left leg forward. it helps you keep balanced. The reason I pointed this out is because you did this a couple of times going up the stairs, and going down there were more hand movements then there were leg movements :P

and I think you should try to stay lower to the ground, witch means you are going to have to stretch out farther
