All kidding aside...OP simply wants to even out his movement spectra from one of mainly push oriented to one that includes more pulling. So simple answer is: grip something and pull your body up, repeat for reps.

WADR, I am utterly confused by this post and other ones like it.  Where on earth did the OP say he wanted anything than biceps workouts using his bodyweight?

The OP clearly doesnt know what he wants, so how can you know what he wants?

LOLz.

I'm not really trying to prove everyone wrong -- it just seems like a bunch of people making much ado about nothing.  How am I the only one that sees that? :P

Well actually I think we've all realized that the opening poster, Matt, has been scared off this thread xD Doesn't change the fact that I love your avatar though ;D

Because I'm very smart. I'm telling him what he wants.

So, in response to the criticism I received a while back for mentioning using a TRX...here's an article that's both interesting and proves a point: it's written by an anti-piracy agent who worked on ships passing by Somalia. Overall a badass dude. He used the TRX to not only maintain his strength, but (in some ways) improve it.

Unless you've seriously put time and effort into trying to accomplish something like strength gain on the TRX or similar tool, your opinion about it is moot.

Now, let's let this thread sink to the abyss where it belongs.
