What kind of things do you do now?
I would recommend getting an exercise wheel and doing as many reps as you possibly can and dong the same thing with situps.
we have a forum game where we do as many sit ups as we can till we get up to 100,000 that can be found in the 100K forums.

Bahahaha. But for real. Fruits and Veggies, burn fat, multi joint workouts. Dont do sit ups!! Planches, L sits, Windshield wipers. To get abs you need to burn fat, issue is, you cant burn fat in a specific area. So keep working out, eat fruit, veggies, chicken or fish, nuts and make Avoid grains by switching them out for oats and drink a butt ton of water. Water helps your body burn fat. Dont do sit ups

Get yourself a whole bunch of steroids and other pills. That should do the trick.

You should really watch the sarcasm around here. Not everybody gets it and some people take that kinda stuff real serious
