Sam Dutton:
I would reccomend getting a minimalist shoe. They are much easier to run properly in(ball of foot hits first). I currently have the new balance minimus trail, and they feel wonderful.

Robert "McMuffin" Teets:
I don't know why, I can do pk barefoot, and with these, but never any minimalist shoe. Makes no sense.
