Running precision is how I sprained my ankle.

But I hadn't trained for them lately.
Anyway, yeah, running precisions are kinda a magic pill for distance. You just need a clear understanding of technique.
1-Run fast
2- On your last step (punch leg) have your leg a little bent when in hits the spot you're gonna jump
3-Shoulder and arms back, chest forward
4-same time. Swing arms forward. And punch that step UP AND Forward. Not just forward
5-Fly
6- Bring your feet together in front of you with ankles bent forward
7-stick your landing on the balls of your feet.
I can hit about 11-14 feet this way
