Hey! Thanks for checking up on me. Right now, I'm in a rut. I'm not that motivated and everything. So I have decided to train with my friend and see where we go from there. I'm struggling with the fitness level and whatnot.
Don't be too worried about being in a rut at this point. Everyone has a point with new hobbies, activities, regiments, etc, where we want to just go "F*@! It", that's why there are THOUSANDS of unused gym memberships starting the week after New Years. "I'll get in shape...I'll eat a cake instead...".
Try to find something within the subset of Parkour/freerunning that you haven't tried, or maybe to focus on, like keeping a weekly video blog of your progress to also encourage others.
