Nice side flip. I think it's good enough to take to a solid ground when you get confident enough. I would also recommend learning the spilt step takeoff. It's a lot less strain on your joint than punching. It also takes more control so the repitition would help you with your proprioception and kinesthetic awareness (basically knowing where everything on your body is and being in control it/them). Also I think it just looks and feels alot more graceful. But it looks like you've got that one!

thanks man, also i've gotten em outside really comfortably,   i've been slowly working on the split foot take off and landing, im getting the landing better than the take off. but its getting there, and thanks :)

that's awesome man. the take off can be a little tricky when you're first learning it but you've got a good flip already so you should have it down in no time with practice
