Hi everyone, we're trying to Organize and Network More Specifically the Parkour and Freerunning Communities in Central and Eastern Virginia, but not limited to.

Hey there this is just an update to say that this is still active! :D!  Very active and we're had several people find us through APK and begin training in the world of Parkour! :D!

Hello! I am new to all of this and am trying to meet with people 2 times a week or so to learn. I go to school in Lynchburg, VA. Is there anyone around that area? Thanks!
