Hello Everyone!  I am Adrian Persad and I've started a blog called Flipping Out!  Its about Parkour, Tricking, Rock Climbing and Break Dancing.  I am currently better at tricking than I am at parkour but I plan on changing that this summer   I really love to do these art forms and I know you guys do to so I thought I would share this blog with everyone here!

Double Parkour Friday!!  Fun early morning session then after 4 hours of driving I HAD to go again.  I started experimenting with some flowy combo stuff.  Looks noob at the moment but I will be working hard on stuff like that!

Hey Guys, had another training session the other day. The parkour stuff is at the end of the video. I was working on my plyometric jumps (I think they are called) which are feeling better but still look rather uncomfortable. Obviously still need work! Then I worked on my fly-away and landed a double full fly-away for the first time!

Hey Guys, I had an awesome day parkouring around the University of Toronto campus. Definitely seems I need to work on my kongs, but I landed my first E-flip outside!   I also tried to get a little bit fancier with the editing!

Hey All, I went to the Scarborough Bluffs and ended up going on a crazy adventure and found some sweet nature pk spots! I tried to make the video show the love I have for hiking/adventuring/parkour!

Hey Guys,  I haven't made a post in a while because I started summer school last week.  I'm hoping it wont affect my training to much!  Shot this video two weeks ago but just finished editing last night.  I didn't know parkouring in a skate park was so much fun!

Had an awesome solo session around the University of Waterloo campus.  I landed 5 new wallflips for the FIRST TIME OUTSIDE!!  Also worked on some flowy-ish combo stuff.  Plus my girlfriend makes an appearance
